• Payment: Payment is due upon service completion, and we accept cash or card payments. A receipt will be provided upon request.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as allowed by applicable law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If cancellations are made within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule services at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability and Damages

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Access and Parking: The Customer is responsible for ensuring parking availability and access to the premises. Any parking fees or fines incurred during service are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Environmentally Hazardous Materials: Customers are not permitted to request the removal of items prohibited by law, including hazardous or environmentally sensitive materials.

7. Prohibited Activities

The Customer agrees not to engage in the following:

• Providing false information regarding items or site conditions.
• Attempting to dispose of restricted or hazardous items.
• Interfering with the service provider’s ability to safely and efficiently perform their duties.
